HISTORY SUMMARY:
State of Florida Non-Profit Corporation
- Annual Reports
The Table Shuffleboard Association, Inc. (TSA)
[previously known as National Shuffleboard Hall of Fame (NSHF)
formed in the State of California as an unincorporated
organization on February 3, 1995 and was renamed to Table
Shuffleboard Association in 2000 and then incorporated as a
Non-Profit Corporation in the State of Florida on May 2, 2001 as
Table Shuffleboard Association, Inc.. The name was changed
from NSHF primarily due to a conflict of name with the deck/floor
shuffleboard association based in Florida which already had a
National Shuffleboard Hall of Fame (NSHF). Remaining bank funds in
the amount of $2,239.00 were transferred from the prior NSHF to
the Table Shuffleboard Association Inc. on February 15, 2000 and
the organization was officially filed and accepted as an
incorporated non-profit on May 2,
2001 in the State of Florida.
